This Arabic course is built on the integration of four language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Students are expected to develop proficiency in understanding, producing, and communicating information on topics covered in the course. To attain these goals, the course utilizes various means, including lessons, listening texts, reading texts, speculative texts, linguistics, conversation, rules, games, language activities, and competitions. Students are also required to fulfil certain duties as part of their learning process.
The evaluation system of the course is based on the assessment of the four language skills, as well as compliance with the rules. Tasks are assigned in each skill area and are measured against four levels of proficiency. This enables students and teachers to identify areas of strength and weakness for focused improvement. Various assessments such as tests, worksheets, electronic activities, and periodic competitions are also used to evaluate progress.
Importantly, no prior knowledge of Arabic is required to enrol in the course. The program is designed to guide students to become proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding Arabic within a period of 8 months. The course equips students with the necessary skills in grammar, morphology (nahw, sarf), and other competencies to excel in the reading, understanding, analysing, translating, and interpreting of classical texts. The program caters to diverse learners, including those who aspire to study Shariah and those who seek to learn an additional language.
Note: Qualified male teachers instruct males in the Arabic language for foreign learners while qualified female teachers provide Arabic language instruction to female learners.
The Miftahu’l-Arabiyye series is geared towards teaching the Arabic language to individuals who are 16 years old and above. Regardless of age, the series offers a comprehensive approach to language instruction.

This Arabic language series is designed to improve your speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, with each skill approached separately. It utilizes various visual and auditory tools to enhance the learning experience, with a QR code reader that allows you to listen to specific audio parts.
Each level of the series is structured in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Every level has two books available, one for speaking and listening and the other for reading and writing, allowing you to choose the book that meets your needs and skill level.
The series also offers supplementary materials such as exam papers, web site resources, and subsidiary books as well.
